I received a phone call from my ex-bos. I really missed her. She is one of the great person I've worked with. Throughout my career journey, I've met a lot of people. I do have trouble remembering names but those who stayed in my heart, will stay there forever, insya-Allah. She is one of them.
I've always said that I'm not ready to become a leader. I rather be following than leading. I do like leading, sometimes, but once you've started, you need to have knowledge, which I still think I'm below par, way below par.
My ex-bosses have these qualities:
....and the phone call is something that I really need. Feel like she is around though she's far. Feel like I have someone I can discuss with like old times. Discussing all that can be discussed. Discussing different perspectives. I feel comfortable like I'm in a very familiar place.
Thank you, my dearest bosses. It's a very interesting journey, though there are hardships and challenges, there are more happy times filling the air. We had lots of good laughs. I'm really honoured to have met each of you.
Now, I do feel motivated.
