Alhamdulillah.... semua proses berkaitan dengan JPA telahpun selesai dan hari ini aku telahpun menerima tiket untuk berangkat pada 6 July. Tiket untuk hubby pun dah dapatkan tadi. Thanks to Nana for a temporary loan.

Let us refresh the steps since last year:
- August 2010: Menerima surat tawaran sementara dan mengikuti taklimat oeh JPA;
- December 2010: Mengikuti kursus BTN;
- February-March 2011: QA @ INTANKiara;
- End April 2011: Visa Application and Medical Check-up;
- Mid May 2011: Complete Visa Application and Medical Check-up;
- Mid June 2011: Sent completed Borang Maklumat Diri to JPA; and
- 3rd-week June 2011: Received air ticket and other documents.
University Application:
When I went for scholarship briefing, JPA gave one contact that can help me with my university application process. I never thought about using agent but somehow; a busy schedule made me change my mind. I contacted E&M Education Counselling Centre Sdn Bhd and my Education Agent Counsellor is Ms Mable M.P. Pan. She has been very helpful throughout the process.
E&M gave a very good customer service to me. For individual with busy schedule, the agents will arrange document pick-up. If you have any queries, you can either call or email the agents. They even provide explaination on the process. I thought that the service will end when I got my university offer but no. E&M provide follow up on issues regarding visa, though they dont provide the service, they do explain the process and gave reminders.
They also help reminding on online enrollment. Apparently, UQ (the uni I'm going to) enrollment is done online. So, UQ sent me all the information and E&M, as my education agent, also provide me all information needed for my online enrollment.
I'm a bit worried about accommodation and Ms Mable suggested Facebook. It's a very good suggestion as I have found new friends and got an accommodation.
I'm not that patience and E&M fits my requirement. They are fast, they explain everything well, do a very good follow up, return my calls and answer my sms/email promptly. For all that, I highly recommend E&M Education Counselling and if anyone is interested, here is the contact detail:
